Yes. We offer tiered discounts for LUMS affiliates and Road Rebels Pakistan members (10–25% depending on length of stay), and a flat 15% discount for guests who have stayed at our partner property Qubed in Nathiagali. These cannot be combined with each other.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability — please let us know in advance.

We are located on Saif-ul-Maluk / Jheel Road in Naran, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. You can find our exact location on Google Maps — search "Trout Lodges Naran" or use the pin shared with your booking confirmation.

We have three suites: Suite 01 (Ground Floor) with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room; Suite 02 (First Floor) with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, plus an optional bunk bed room; and Suite 03 (Attic) with 1 master bed, 2 kids beds, and 1 bathroom. All feature wooden interiors and mountain views.

Yes. Each suite includes complimentary mattresses (2 for Suites 01 and 02, 1 for Suite 03). Additional mattresses can be added for PKR 2,000 per night each.

Wi-Fi is available at the lodge. Please note that internet connectivity in Naran can be weather-dependent and may vary, as is typical for mountain resorts in the region.

Yes, parking is available at Trout Lodges. If you are travelling by road from Islamabad or Lahore, plan for mountain road conditions, especially during peak season (June–August).

Yes. Our on-site restaurant and café serve a range of meals and refreshments throughout the day. We are known especially for our espresso and breakfast offerings. Breakfast is also included for guests who book the chauffeur add-on service.

Guests can enjoy swimming in our pool (complete with a raft), trout fishing in the nearby stream, hiking trails through the Kaghan Valley, bonfire evenings, and sightseeing trips to Lake Saif-ul-Maluk and Babusar Top. Our team can assist with local guides and transport arrangements.

Yes. We can help arrange guided day trips to Saif-ul-Maluk Lake, Lalazar Plateau, Babusar Top, and other attractions in the Kaghan Valley. Reach out to us in advance so we can make proper arrangements for guides and transport.

Yes, bonfire evenings can be arranged for guests. Given the mountain setting, evenings in Naran get cold even in summer, so a bonfire is a popular way to wind down after a day of exploring.

No, pets are not permitted on the property. We appreciate your understanding in keeping the experience comfortable for all guests.

Smoking is not permitted inside the suites or enclosed areas of the lodge. Designated outdoor areas are available for guests who smoke.

We ask guests to be mindful of others and maintain a peaceful environment, especially after 10:00 PM. Loud music or disturbances are not permitted in communal areas.

We accept both online transfers and cash payments. Online payments carry a 6% KPRA tax and cash payments carry a 10% tax, as applicable under KPK services tax regulations.

Yes. All guests are requested to present a valid CNIC or passport at check-in. This is standard practice and required by local hospitality regulations.

Peak season runs from late May through August when the weather is at its most pleasant and the valley is in full bloom. July and August are our busiest months. For a quieter visit with autumn colour, September and early October are a wonderful choice.

The drive from Islamabad to Naran takes approximately 5–6 hours via the Karakoram Highway through Abbottabad and Balakot. We recommend departing early morning to avoid traffic and to arrive well before nightfall on the mountain roads.
